1. Introduction:
TQS series of air cushion conveyor uses air film instead of holding roller to reduce the weight of the machine and greatly improve the running condition of the belt, making belt service life longer and reducing the energy consumption.

3. TQDS Series Air Cushion Conveyor
Principle:
- Air is blown into an air chamber and then spayed out from small openings of the curved chute which is equipped on the top of the air chamber. Thus a thin air layer is formed, which is also called air cushion, between the curved chute and belt. The air cushion supports the belt instead of the traditional carrying roller of the belt conveyor and makes the transfer of the belt more stable and less power consumption.
